When will we get our pictures?

We know that you’re eager to get your images (who wouldn’t be?) so, we strive to provide you with you with proofs ready in 4-6 weeks and sometimes even faster depending on the busyness of the season. I’ve even been known to show a few sneak peak images before that 4 week mark too!

Do you charge for travel or multiple locations?

Every wedding day is different and some have more locations than other so we don’t discriminate that or charge travel for it. If your wedding is more than 30 miles from Ocala, FL then travel fees may apply but are evaluated on a case by case basis. For destination weddings, our travel fee is included in our packages.

How many hours do you suggest we set aside for wedding day photos?

Every wedding is different, and we’d love to help you plan your timeline. That being said, for smaller weddings (under 100 guests) we typically recommend 2.5 hrs outside of the regular ceremony and reception times.

Do you deliver every image you shoot?

No, we do not. We eliminate duplicate images, test shots, missed focused shots, shots with bad expressions and other images that may dilute the overall product delivery. For example, because we shoot with low apertures, sometimes we take a few extra shots to make sure we have the perfect focus. We don’t expect you to have the expertise or the time to zoom into each image to select the one with the sharpest focus, so we spend hours doing that on our end. In another example, candid laughs and emotional tears are some of the best images from the day. Unfortunately, they can also yield some unflattering facial expressions. We might snap a few extras of any of these moments to make sure we have a great shot with the ideal expression for the moment. With our expertise of processing millions of images each year, we may eliminate ones that we feel are duplicates and only deliver the best one.

Do you edit your images?

Your images will be edited for color and exposure consistency and print-ready upon delivery. Basic retouching can be added to your package upon request, but unfortunately no, we cannot make you look like Beyonce or Chris Hemsworth :).

Do you have liability insurance?

Absolutely and we’ll be happy to provide your venue with a proof of coverage.

What if we have to reschedule our wedding?

We make every effort to work with you for any rescheduling needs and make it as seamless as possible. Should you need to reschedule, you will be given

How much do you charge?

We’re proud to be a few the top wedding photographers Central Florida, giving our clients the absolute best in photography and product quality. While packages start around $3,000 and peak towards $6,000, the average initial investment is $3500 which includes full day coverage, one photographer, and digital files.

My venue is very dark. How does your studio handle these situations and can I see samples?

We have shot in the darkest of dark chapels and reception halls so no need to worry! If the situation allows, we will set up additional lighting to ensure we get focused pictures. Some chapels do not allow for flash photography; and for that reason, we shoot on camera’s with superb low-light performance and lenses with low apertures

How many pictures do you take?

We take a lot! We want to make sure that we don’t miss a moment, so we’re constantly looking for new angles and perspectives on the day. On average you’ll receive 40-50 images per hour of shooting. We do photograph more than that but we do you the favor of taking out the outtakes like blinks, test shots, duplicates and the like. All the images are edited for color, exposure, sharpness and white balance.

How do we book you?

Booking is simply a matter of you saying “I do!” and we’ll send an electronic contract with the invoice for the retainer. It’s just a few clicks and you’ll be on your way to the perfect wedding photos.
